TDG Management Systems
The purpose of the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act is to promote public safety in the transportation of Dangerous Goods or TDG as it is commonly known. The Definition of "Dangerous Goods" is very broad and as a general rule considered to be any substance (i.e. gas, liquid or solid) in a specific quantity that can create harm to human life, property or the environment in a given period once released from its container.
Anyone who handles, offers for transport or transports dangerous goods must be adequately trained, or perform his or her duties in the presence of and under the direct supervision of a trained individual.

Waste Classification & Registration
Waste regulations state that generators of liquid industrial and hazardous wastes must manage the classification, registration, transfer and disposal of these wastes in a prescribed manner. These wastes are regulated and monitored from the moment of generation to their ultimate destination; a term often referred to as "cradle to grave".
