LEHDER provides a variety of site management services to industrial clients
including:
Site inspections:
- Site inspections by a third party are often effective in assisting
corporate entities to manage sites with a small number of personnel or that
are remote from other corporate resources
Landfill investigations and management plans:
- The LEHDER team has a broad range of capabilities to provide assessments
and management plans for landfills.
Storm water management plans:
- LEHDER has developed storm water management plans for industrial sites
including chemical and insulation manufacturing facilities
Hydrogeological Studies:
- A hydrogeological study is often conducted in conjunction with Phase II
environmental site assessments or waste facility management to determine the
nature and extent of any subsurface contaminants present; if ground water is
a significant contaminant pathway, the rate and direction of contaminant
migration and any potential receptors which may be exposed to these
contaminants.
