Job Description – Environmental Specialist

LEHDER Environmental Services Limited is searching for exceptional people to join our team as Environmental Specialists. As part of the Industrial Services Group, the successful candidates will lead or be involved in a variety of projects including development of source and emission inventories; air dispersion modelling, preparation of applications for Certificates of Approval; completion of NPRI and Greenhouse Gas reports; Toxics Reduction assessments and others.

The ideal candidate possesses:

• A diploma or degree in an Environmental Program from a College or University
• Demonstrated strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• High level of self-motivation and ability to effectively multi-task
• Exceptional computer literacy, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in math and data analysis, with demonstrated attention to detail
• Ability to think critically to develop creative and effective solutions to challenges
• Interest in excelling in a fast-paced team environment

Location: LEHDER Head Office, Point Edward, Ontario.
